Thanks for your interest in Cypress Station.  I wanted you to know thatI have worked hard to set up a response system that should be very effective for you and your prospect.  First, I have tried to orient this website to your priorities – easy access to the specifics of the available space at the property, information about the existing tenants and a gallery of photographs that will help you visualize the park even if you have never visited.  We also have a comprehensive Letter of Intent that I like to use that starts the process of negotiating a lease.  This LOI ensures that you have all of the business points in front of you.  We’ll issue this LOI to you upon your request, and when it is fully negotiated between the parties, you’ll find that I have a very solid basis for a quick lease signing process.  When we are ready to finalize the lease document, you’ll find that our lease is very balanced – over the course of negotiations with more than 30 tenants at our various properties , we have only had to make a small handful of adjustments to the document.  I am the Landlord’s agent, and as such, structure all negotiations and sign the lease.  I am available for direct discussion at any time. 

Finally, because of my 10 years of experience as both a salesperson and profit center manager at the company now known as CBRE, I fully appreciate your desire to have a clear cut agreement in regard to your commission.  We’ll get you paid very quickly when the commission is due, and we’ll keep you up to date along the way so that you know exactly how your prospect is advancing in the process of becoming a tenant at Cypress Station.
