Cypress Station now under construction

Mainsail Development Group, LLC, announces today the groundbreaking for their newest project, Cypress Station. The project is a 27,600 square foot, two-story retail / office plaza located at the stoplight intersection of Cypress Gardens Boulevard and Cypress Gardens Road in Winter Haven. The property abuts Cypress Gardens. Construction is expected to be complete this summer.

The project will bear the architectural features of a train station, with a clock tower and a stylized mansard roof among its distinctive features. The project will offer tenants exposure to the 49,000 cars that travel through the intersection of 540 and Cypress Gardens Road every day.


The project is also being leased and managed by Mainsail. Rental rates for the tenant spaces are $25 and $22 per square foot for the retail and office spaces, respectively. These rates are exclusive of common area charges.
